Come deadlift for a cause! All participants will be adequately warmed up by Stephen Pizza at promptly 2 pm. Deadlifting will be organized and facilitated to reach your 1 RM. Afterward stick around for a donut brought to you by Banbury Cross Donuts.Optional donation on participants behalf: $1/5 lbs. up to 200 lbs., $1/10 pounds beyond 200 lbs.
